- Sit so your back is supported.
- Rest your hands on your legs.
- Breathe normally. As you breathe out, count "one".
- Next out-breath, "two". Carry on to ten, then go back to one.
- When you lose count, and you will, go back to one. Losing count is part of it.Stay here · 6 min
- Stop counting. Notice the room for a moment. Done.
